Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. AOPA has reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk, Hilton Palacio Del Rio, and the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. Find additional information above under "Hotels".
The American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC) has approved a total of over 100 continuing education (CE) credits for the 2022 National Assembly. The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) has approved XX CE Credits, Scientific & Business. Generally, one credit is awarded per session hour. Credits are also available through completion of an Exhibits Passbook or appropriate CE Credit Form. Visit the Education page for more details.
The 2022 National Assembly will be held live in San Antonio, Texas from September 28 - October 1, 2022. All Education Sessions will be recorded and available for in-person and virtual attendees for 60 days following the event, starting October 17.
To receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee, notifications of cancellation must be received in writing no later than Friday, August 26, 2022. Please email your cancellation request to Assembly@AOPAnet.org. Due to guarantees and commitments, no refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 26, 2022. Substitutions are allowed, but must be made in writing.
Yes. Children ages 10 and under require no registration fee or badge. Children under 11 are allowed in the exhibit hall, but must be supervised at all times. A special registration category has been created at a reduced rate for children ages 11-17. Visit the registration page for more details.
AOPA has adopted a policy of business casual attire for the 2022 AOPA National Assembly.
All Education Sessions will be recorded and available for in-person and virtual attendees for 60 days following the event.
Yes. Students and residents receive complementary registration for National Assembly.
